Return Window
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

All original tags and packaging must be intact

Proof of purchase or Order ID is required

The product must be in the same condition as received
Returns requested after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
